I woke up this morning grateful to be alive BUT DREADING the day ahead.
Why?
Because I’m MOODY on a Monday morning… (aren’t we all lol)
So I immediately changed my thought process and said out loud “today is going to be an incredible day”, then I made my bed and did the same morning routine I’ve done for 2 years that gets me in the right headspace to have a productive day.
So, if you’re dreading the rest of your inbox – take a deep breath (inhale for 4 seconds & exhale for 7 seconds x3) and say ‘TODAY IS GOING TO BE INCREDIBLE DAY!” and respond to those emails grateful you have hands to do so!
