The art of the morning walk. Regulating my circadian rhythm is a success hack that I’ve mastered. I rise with the sun and get morning sunlight in the first 30 mins of waking up. I go on a walk and when I walk through a patch of sunlight I stand in the warm light, take deeeeep breathes, and open my eyes slightly to let some sun in my eyes (don’t do this past 8am the sun will be too harsh). A few benefits of morning sunlight are regulating circadian rhythm, getting better sleep, boosting mood, increasing vitamin D, improve focus AND cognitive function.
